This Privacy Policy explains how TEDECO Ltd. (“TEDECO”, “we”) collects and uses personal data when you visit tedecox.com or contact us. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.

2. What data we collect and why

Contact form and email

When you send us an inquiry through the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide: name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message, including any files or specifications you share.

  • Purpose: to answer your inquiry, prepare an offer and communicate with you about your project.
  • Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Website statistics (Google Analytics)

If you accept statistics cookies in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the website (for example, which pages are visited and how visitors found the site). Without your consent, no analytics cookies are set.

  • Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Manage consent” button on the website.

Technical data

When you visit the website, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of access. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Who receives your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the website and our communication, such as our hosting provider (Namecheap, Inc. – EasyWP), our email provider and Google (for website statistics, only with your consent). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; in such cases the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and for no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting rules for concluded contracts).

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your data;
  • restrict or object to the processing of your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal.
